Terms of Use Agreement

Definitions

This Terms of Use may be referred to herein as the “Agreement”, and the “TOU” (Terms of Use).

 

Allied Crowds LTD may be referred to herein as “AC”, “the Company”, “Allied Crowds”, or “AlliedCrowds”

 

“Users” are anyone that uses our website.

 

“User Content” is defined as any information, including but not limited to, text, images, video, audio, software, data, scripts, and posting, provided by the User of our services or any services associated with usage of the site, such as social media sites. The above aforementioned defined terms may be written in uppercase, lowercase, or a combination.

 

Please read the following Terms of Use agreement (“Agreement”) prior to joining and using AlliedCrowd’s services. By using AlliedCrowds (the “Site”) services (the “Service”) you (the “User”) agree to the terms of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. The user also agree that we may modify the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy form time to time. Changes to this agreement will be posted on this site. Use of our service after the posting of any amendments to this Agreement acknowledges acceptances of new terms.

 

BY USING THIS SITE ALLIEDCROWDS, BINDS YOU TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

 

Registration

The user certifies to the Company that if the user is an individual (i.e., not a corporation) the user is at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract. If the user is under the age of 18 years, he / she will need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

The User agrees to provide a valid email address. The User agrees that all registration information he / she submitted is truthful and accurate. The User shall not impersonate a real person, or existing legal organization; the User will be held liable for any misrepresentation. The Company is not required to perform background investigation or verify the identity of Users of the Services.

 

The User is required to register and create a password in order to use the Services. The User is entirely responsible for maintaining and keeping the confidentiality of his / her password. The User is solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under his / her account. The User agrees to immediately notify the Company of unauthorized use of his / her account. The Company will not be liable for any unauthorized use of the User’s account or any other breach of security. Furthermore, the Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage that the User may incur as a result of unauthorized use of his / her account. Moreover, the User could be held liable for losses incurred by the Company or another party as a result of unauthorized use of his / her account.

 

Use of Service

The User agrees not to use the Services in any way that will violate the law and regulations (local, state, national and international) or this Agreement. The User will be responsible for all his / her actions with use of the Company’s site.

 

Security

Allied Crowds may employ methodologies and technological security, such as encryption, backup data, password protection, and other reasonable measures to help protect the User’s personally identifiable information from unauthorized access.

 

Even though we take reasonable precautions to secure the User’s data, no data transmission over the public internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

 

Electronic Communication

The company will communicate with  the User electronically, either by posting notice on the website or sending electronic mail (email). By using our Services, the User agrees that any agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, confirmations, or other communications provided to the User  by the Company electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing.

 

We may send the User information and updates pertaining to his / her account, in addition to periodic Company news, updates, and / or related product or services. We will keep this a minimum. However, the User may opt-out at any time by unsubscribing. We may also retain the content of the User’s email messages used to correspond with us.

 

Termination

The Company may terminate this Agreement, the User’s account, and / or access to the Services during any time. Such termination may be preceded by a termination notice either posted on the company’s web site or emailed to the User.

 

The User may terminate this Agreement for any reason at any time by either, i.) discontinuing to use the Service and the company’s web site; ii) providing the Company written notice to close the User’s account.

 

Transfer and Modification Rights 

The Company reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate all or any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any Companies at its sole discretion. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, change, modify, add, or remove any portion of the Service or this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes in ownership, rights, or obligations will be posted on the Company’s web site.

 

Applicability of online materials

Some content on the website is supplied by third parties, and the User understands that we do not control or endorse such content in any way. All content which is offered by third parties that are not affiliated with or otherwise connected with AlliedCrowds, is published in good faith but we do not (to the extent permitted by applicable law) accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of such content (whether published on or offline) and the use of such content. The User assumes total responsibility and risk for his / her use of our website and use of all information contained within it.

 

We have used our best endeavors to ensure that our website complies with UK laws. We make no representations that the materials on our website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK. Those who visit our website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. If use of our website and/or viewing of it, or use of any material or content on our website or services, or products offered through our website are contrary to or infringe any applicable law in the User’s jurisdiction(s), the User is not authorised to view or use our website and the User must exit immediately.

 

AlliedCrowds makes no representations and gives no warranties, express or implied, that making the Services available in any particular jurisdiction outside the UK is permitted under any applicable non-UK laws or Regulations. Accordingly, if making the Services or any part available in the User’s jurisdiction or to him / her (by reason of nationality, residence or otherwise) is prohibited, those Services are not offered to the User. The User accept that if he / she is resident outside the UK, the User must satisfy himself / herself that the User is lawfully able to use the Services.

 

Indemnification

The Company reserves the right to report any unlawful activity, to any applicable government agencies when we become aware of it.

 

The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Company, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, partners, and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, liability, expense, or loss, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of, or in any way connected with the User’s use of or access to the Site, our Privacy Policy and / or the User’s violation of our TOU agreement.

 

All content on the Company’s website is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Neither we, nor affiliated or related entities, including third-parties, nor the service providers, nor any person involved in the creation, production, and distribution of this web site, warrant that the functions contained in this web site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the server that makes the content available will be free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the result that may be obtained from the use of this web site, or as to the reliability, accuracy, usefulness, or currency of any content, service and / or merchandise acquired pursuant to your use of this web site. The User uses this web site at his / her own risk.

Limitations of Liability

Disputes and Arbitration

These terms and conditions and the User’s use of our website are governed by English law and the User submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
